Terms of Use
Clear terms for using ZANEVO, your Discovery Snapshot and the services connected to your account.
Effective: 31 August 2026
Please read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ZANEVO, including account features, the Discovery Snapshot, reports, learning experiences and other services made available through the platform. By creating an account or using ZANEVO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Current Beta service
ZANEVO is being introduced progressively. During the Beta stage, features may be added, refined, renamed, limited or removed as we improve the experience. We may also correct errors, adjust workflows or temporarily restrict a feature where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or product improvement.
3. Discovery Snapshot
The ZANEVO Discovery Snapshot is a developmental self-reflection experience based on the responses you choose across everyday scenarios. It is designed to help you notice patterns, strengths and areas for reflection. It is not a medical, psychological or clinical diagnosis, and it is not intended to be used as the sole basis for employment, recruitment, disciplinary, financial, legal or other high-impact decisions.
4. Your results
Snapshot results reflect the responses you provide at a particular point in time and may vary with context, experience and development. ZANEVO does not promise that a report will predict future behaviour, guarantee career outcomes or provide a complete definition of your personality, capability or suitability for a particular role.
5. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and take reasonable steps to keep your password and account access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from a security failure for which ZANEVO is legally responsible. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse ZANEVO, attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, interfere with the platform, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically copy protected content, impersonate another person, use the service unlawfully, or use ZANEVO in a way that infringes another person's rights.
7. Your information and submissions
You retain any rights you have in information you submit to ZANEVO. You give ZANEVO permission to host, process, analyse and display that information only as reasonably required to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service, generate your results, meet legal obligations and carry out the information-handling practices described in our Privacy Policy.
8. ZANEVO intellectual property
ZANEVO's brand, designs, software, assessment content, questions, scoring methods, reports, learning content, graphics and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to ZANEVO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Personal use of your own report is permitted, but you must not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit ZANEVO content without permission.
9. Learning and guidance
Learning recommendations, development prompts and other guidance are provided for general educational and developmental purposes. They do not replace appropriately qualified professional advice where your circumstances require medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment or other specialist advice.
10. Availability
We aim to keep ZANEVO reliable and secure, but online services can occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues or events outside reasonable control. We may change or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, while taking account of any rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Paid services
If ZANEVO introduces a paid plan, subscription or purchase, the applicable price, billing frequency and important purchase conditions will be shown before payment. Additional purchase terms may apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where a statutory right applies, these Terms operate subject to that right.
13. Responsibility and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZANEVO is not responsible for decisions made solely from a Snapshot result or developmental recommendation, or for loss caused by misuse of the platform or reliance on ZANEVO for a purpose it is not designed to serve. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
14. Suspension or closure
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or respond to a material breach of these Terms. You may also stop using ZANEVO and may contact Support regarding account closure, subject to legitimate legal, security and record-retention requirements.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as ZANEVO develops or where legal, security or operational requirements change. The current version will be published here with its effective date. Where a change materially affects existing users, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate notice.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Australia, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights or laws that apply to you in another jurisdiction.
